HEAVEN STANDARD AND PRINCIPLES FOR TRUE CHRISTIANITY (SECTION 8)
TITLE- GOD'S PERFECT WILL (SECTION 8)
1. Don't be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, let the Holy Spirit fill and control you: Ephesians 5:18
2. Let us stop just saying we love each other; let us really show it by our actions: 1John 3:18
3. Teach the new disciples to obey all the commands of Christ: Matthew 28:20
4. You must be compassionate, just as your Father is compassionate: Luke 6:36
5. Walk in the light while you can, so you will not stumble when the darkness falls. If you walk in the darkness, you cannot see where you are going. Believe in the light while there is still time; then you will become the child of the light: John 12:35-36
6. See to it that you obey God, the one who is speaking to you: Hebrews 12:25
7. Turn away from all wickedness: 2Timothy 2:19
8. Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Your anger can never make things right in God's sight: James 1:19-20
9. Get rid of all the filth and evil in your life and humbly accept the message God has planted in your heart, for it is strong enough to save your souls: James 1:21
10. Be diligent and turn from your indifference: Revelation 3:19, Romans 12:11, 2Corinthians 8:24, Numbers 25:1-13.
11. Do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord, no matter what happens. Remember the great reward it brings you: Hebrews 10:35
12. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do," says the LORD Almighty, "I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won't have enough room to take it in! Try it! Let me prove it to you: Malachi 3:10, Genesis 14:20, Malachi 3:8-12
13. Believe in the resurrection of Christ from the dead: Luke 24:38-47
14. Believe and accept that the Holy Bible (consisting of 39 books of the old testament and 27 books of the new testament) is the inspired word of God. Take the holy Bible as the final verdict and authority in all matters concerning the Christian work and conduct: 2Timothy 3:16-17, Revelation 22:18&19, Proverbs 30:5&6
15. Believe and accept the doctrine of the GodHead consisting of three separate, recognizable and distinct qualities and personalities, perfectly United in one - The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost: Matthew 3:16&17, 2Corinthians 13:14, Matthew 28: 19&20
16. When the Holy Spirit controls our lives, He will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Here there is no conflict with the law (both the law of God and the law of nations): Galatians 5:22-24
17. Let us follow the Holy Spirit's leading in every part of our lives: Galatians 5:25
18. Let us not become conceited, or irritate one another, or be jealous of one another: Galatians 5:26
19. Never be in a hurry about appointing an elder. Do not participate in the sins of others. Keep yourself pure: 1Timothy 5:22
20. Dear friend, if you deliberately continue sinning after you have received a full knowledge of the truth, there is no other sacrifice that will cover your sins: Hebrews 10:26
